Privacy Policy

Avadhuta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Avadhuta", "we", "us") is a software company in Bengaluru. This policy explains what personal data we collect through avadhutatech.com and our WhatsApp and email channels, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
1. What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, work email, company, and anything you write; the page you came from and any campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign); the time you sent it; and a record that you ticked the consent box.
- WhatsApp and email: your phone number or email address and the messages you send us.
- Footage for the free trial: a short video clip you choose to send us over WhatsApp. It may show people and your facilities.
- Website usage: cookieless, aggregate traffic and performance figures (Cloudflare Web Analytics), and anonymous counts of which buttons and sections are used. These do not identify you and we do not set advertising cookies.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about a pilot or project.
- To run the free trial you asked for and send you the result.
- To keep the website secure, stop spam, and understand which parts of the page work.
We rely on your consent (the form checkbox, or you choosing to message us) and on our legitimate business purposes where the law allows. You can withdraw consent at any time.
3. Free trial footage
- We agree an NDA with you before we analyse your footage.
- Only the engineers working on your trial can open your footage.
- We analyse it on systems we control. If we ever need a third-party AI service, we tell you and get your agreement first. PH-08 confirm
- We delete the footage within 30 days of sending you the result, or sooner if you ask. PH-08 confirm
- We never use your footage to train models for anyone else, and we never share it. PH-08 confirm
Please do not send footage you are not permitted to share, and tell us if it shows people who have not been informed.
4. Who sees your data
Only our founders and the engineers working on your enquiry. We use a small number of service providers to run our business: Google (Workspace, Sheets, Gmail), Meta (WhatsApp) and Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics). They process data on our instructions under their own terms, and some of them are outside India. We do not sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Trial footage follows section 3. Enquiry details are deleted after 24 months without contact. PH-08 confirm
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you, and you can withdraw consent. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email vikram@avadhutatech.com or vinay@avadhutatech.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Security
We limit who can open your data, keep our Google and Cloudflare accounts protected, and send website traffic over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us passwords or information that is not needed to answer your enquiry.
8. Children
This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We will post any changes here with a new date.
